Cabin Air Filter: Service and Repair

Pollen Filter Climate Control System

Preparatory work

Removing the accelerator pedal (AP)

-

Remove the accelerator pedal (AP). Refer to Powertrain Management / Fuel Delivery and Air Induction / Accelerator Pedal / Service and Repair /
Removal and Replacement   

Removal

Removing the passenger compartment air cleaner (ACL)

Fold the floor carpet out of the way.

Remove:

-

the 3 screws and raise the cover

-

remove the filter by pulling it out if the airbox and sliding it behind the brake pedal.
