Carefully remove the switch panel. Use a scriber with an angled point. Pull out one corner of the panel using the scriber. Pull until the hooks
release. It is secured by three hooks on each long side. Continue to pull down along the panel until all the mounting hooks have released.

Remove the switch blank. Install the new switch (1) in any location

Reinstall the surround and the cover plug.
Finishing work

Remove the backing paper from the bumper.
Reinstall:

the battery if removed. Connect the battery, "+" terminal first and then the "-" terminal

the battery cover and holder
-
the sill trim panel for the rear cross member. Connect the cargo compartment lighting

the left-hand side panel
-
the cargo compartment carpet

Program the software. See the service information in VIDA

Check the function of the parking assistance system. Check that the parking assistance system can be turned off using the switch in the centre
console.
Caution! Leave the car indoors for 2 hours after carrying out the work. Do not wash the car for 48 hours.
