S60 L5-2.4L VIN 64 B5244S6 (2003)
Remove the passenger side soundproofing panel.
Remove:
-
the floor grommet
-
the hose from the fan motor cover.
Installing the drain hose
Older version cars
Install the cover for the air cleaner.
Press the grommet into place.
Push the drainage hose onto the blower fan motor.
NOTE: The drainage hose is marked by a colored stripe. When installing the marking must be aligned on the blower fan motor cover as illustrated. This
is to avoid twisting the hose.
Reinstall the front floor carpet.
Install the soundproofing panel.
Newer version cars
Press the grommet into place.
Push the drainage hose onto the blower fan motor.
