S60 L5-2.4L VIN 64 B5244S6 (2003)
Remove:
-
the splash guard under the engine
-
the tie strap around the pipe where the return hose meets the pressure hose
-
the heat deflector plate over the steering gear
-
the clip on the pipe over the steering gear.
Remove:
-
the three-way catalytic converter (TWC) mounting member
-
the SIPS (side impact protection system ) member.
Pull out the heat deflector plate over the three way catalytic converter (TWC) as far back as possible.
Remove:
-
Screw for the clamp on the sub-frame (does not apply to AWD).
