Grind the edges of the door panel.

Cut the door panel where it meets the door arch at rear edge.

Cut above the mounting for the door mirror at the front edge.

-

Pry off the door panel.

-

The door panel is bonded in the frame and in the collision member.

-

Remove the door panel.

-

Use a knife on the collision member.

-

Align the door panel.

-

Apply PUR adhesive to the collision member.

-

Apply bodywork adhesive 1161524 to the door panel.

-

Align the frame in the door panel.

-

Secure using two tack welds in the door arches.

-

Turn the edge.

-

Turn the edge behind the door mirror mounting.

-

Weld the door panel in the door arch.
