Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Power Steering Pump Pulley

Replacing power steering pump pulley 

Special tools 999 5737, 999 5738, 999 5575, 999 5628

Removing pulley 

-

Remove the power steering pump.

-

Secure the power steering pump in a vise.

-

Remove the pulley. Use puller 999 5737.

Installing pulley, alternative 1 
Install the pulley. Lubricate the pump shaft with oil 

Use press tool 999 5738.

-

Note:  These instructions must be followed carefully.

-

Counterhold with B.

-

Tighten with A.
