Rear Knuckle: Service and Repair

Wheel knuckle rear

Removal

Remove the following items:

-

spring.  Refer to: Spring/shock absorber rear, replacing, M58, M66 AWD, AW50/51 AWD See: Suspension Spring ( Coil / Leaf )/Service and
Repair/Rear Suspension/Spring/Shock Absorber Rear, Replacing 

-

brake shoes.  Refer to: Handbrake, brake shoes, replacing See: Brakes and Traction Control/Parking Brake System/Parking Brake Shoe/Service
and Repair 

-

wheel hub.  Refer to: Rear wheel hub, replacing See: Wheel Hub/Service and Repair/Rear Wheel Hub, Replacing 

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M12, 80 Nm

Torque: M8, 24 Nm
