Insert the anti-squeak agent tube behind the weatherstrip tool.

Pull the weatherstrip tool down towards the lower corner of the windshield, following it with the tube and squeezing out the agent.

Continue with rear windshield other sides. Hands must be washed thoroughly after applying anti-squeak agent.
