Ignition off.

Remedy control module, alarm relay and alarm horn connectors for contact resistance and oxidation, See: Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and
Associated Procedures/Related Tests and Information/Checking Wiring and Terminals - Permanent Faults
Check for damage etc.

Reinstall components, reconnect connectors etc.

Ignition on.
Activate the alarm horn.
The alarm horn should give a short sound tone.
If the alarm horn now functions the fault was caused by loose connections in the connectors.
Does the alarm horn function?
Yes

Ignition off.
Check that fuse 6 is intact. If the fuse is blown, check the circuit after the fuse for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals
- Permanent faults.
Check the cable between control module #B18 and alarm horn relay terminal 4 for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals -
Permanent faults, and for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults.
Check cable between alarm horn relay terminal 3 and alarm horn terminal 1 for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals -
Permanent faults.
Check cable between alarm horn terminal 2 and ground for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults, and for a
short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults.
Remedy as necessary.
