Activate fuel tank filler cover central locking motor.
The fuel tank filler cover should open.

Is the function OK?

Yes

Expose fuel tank filler cover central locking motor.

Check VGLA control module connector and fuel tank filler cover central locking motor connector for contact resistance and oxidation, See:
Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures/Related Tests and Information/Checking Wiring and Terminals - Permanent Faults

Ignition on.

Activate the fuel tank filler cover central locking motor. The fuel tank filler cover should open.
If the fuel tank filler cover opens the cause of the fault was loose connections in the connectors.

Is the function OK?

Yes
