Press the control panel for the window lift mechanism up by hand from the inside.
Disconnect the connectors.
Replacing the panel on the driver's side
The replacement part panel does not have a cut-out for the power mirror control. It only has an embossed section on the reverse of the panel. Carry out
the following:

Cut along the perforation in the card on the reverse of the panel. Use a small knife.
CAUTION: DO NOT CUT THROUGH THE FABRIC.

Press out the piece of card from the front

Cut away the fabric on the front.
