S70 L5-2.4L VIN 61 B5244S (2000)
Install:
-
the bracket in its mounting. Tighten to 25 Nm

the screws and nuts for the mounting plate. Tighten to 25 Nm

the brake pipe in its clips.
Note: The brake pipe must not be in contact with the car body. The brake hose must not be twisted.
Install the cross members and heat shield
Pull back the rear heat deflector to line up with the holes.
Blind rivet the heat deflector to the cross member
Install the screws, nuts and heat deflector on the rear cross member. Tighten all screws and nuts to 25 Nm.
Remove the pedal jack.
Fill and bleed the brake system

Separate the brake pipe and brake hose
