B+ cable, battery - to - fuse box, replacement

Background:

The B+ cable between the battery Positive terminal and the main fuse box is now available as a separate replacement part. This Service Bulletin contains
the method for replacing the B+ cable. The typical symptom is no start or difficult start. If there is a customer complaint of no start or difficult start,
remove the cover for the engine compartment fuse box. Inspect the B+ terminal (see illustration). If the wire ends are discolored, replace the B+ cable.
Wire ends should be copper in color.

Remove the cover for the engine compartment fuse box. Inspect the B+ terminal (see arrow). If the wire ends are discolored, replace the B+ cable.

Note! 

Ends should be copper in color.
