Front door
The lock cylinder must be removed.
Adjust using a cross-head screwdriver.
Rear door
Adjust using a cross-head screwdriver.
BA4. Adjusting Doors
The doors should be easy to open/close
The edge of the door should be flush with the outside of the car. The rear edge of the front door should be 0 - 1.5 mm (0 - 0.06 in.) from the front
edge of the rear doors.
The adjustment method is the same for the front and rear doors.
Door height can be adjusted by installing or removing shims on the upper and lower hinges.
Shims are available as a replacement part, 0.5 and 0.3 mm (0.02 and 0.012 in.) thick.
