Cut off the corners on the bumper cover along the rounded profile on the mounting plate for the tow hitch so that there is an approximately 3 mm
wide gap between the mounting plate and the bumper cover on both sides.

If necessary, cut away the area (1) around the screw heads so that the screws are accessible.

Check the function of the detachable tow hitch.

Turn the handle (1) clockwise until a click is heard and the indicator pin (2) is in the outer position

Install the tow hitch by pressing the tow hitch onto the connection stud (3).
