Press in the locking sleeves from the kit over the joints.
Note! The large locking sleeve must be pressed over the connector on the cable from the front engine block heater socket.

Tighten the relay on the underside of the side member with a screw from the kit in the same hole where the branch connector was fitted.

Connect the relay's ground cable to the existing ground terminal in the front end of the side member. Tighten it firmly.

Clamp the excess ground cable to the front socket cable. Use a tie strap (1) from the kit.

Route the relay's solid core wire on the top of the subframe's right-hand front corner together with the other cables to the engine block heater
/passenger compartment socket.

Clamp the relay's solid core wire to the existing cables. Use a tie strap (1) from the kit.
