Steering-column lock replacement

Removal of steering-column lock

Preparations

-

Lower the lever for adjustment of steering wheel position and pull up the steering wheel to its highest position.

Removal of steering column covers

-

Remove the ignition key (1).

-

Remove the three screws (2).

-

Press in the snap-in fixings and remove the lower steering column cover (3).

-

Turn up the upper steering column cover (4).
