DESCRIPTION: We have found a CEM SW bug that may cause the CEM to not wake up after sleep mode intermittently.
The symptom is that the car is totally dead. No start and not possible to communicate with the car via VIDA. The remote controls will not work and
KVM cars will trigger the alarm when you enter the car.
A battery reset will recover all functions. There will be multiple network DTCs posted after the reset as a result of the CEM SW bug.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION: A new CEM SW is available.

SERVICE: Please perform a CEM upgrade if the above symptom may occur.
