Lift up the tunnel console at the trailing edge and pull up the connector from the hole in the trailing edge of the storage compartment.

Route the cable out from the storage compartment. Measure the length of the cable that is to protrude from the bottom of the storage compartment.
Ensure that the cable does not chafe against sharp edges or become trapped when the removed components are reinstalled.

Clamp the cable by the left bracket on the tunnel console with a cable tie when the cable length has been measured.

Reinstall the centre console in its position.
