Removal

Drain the cooling system.  Refer to: See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair

Remove the following items:

-

the cold zone panel.  Refer to: Secondary Bulkhead Panel RH See: Body and Frame/Firewall/Service and Repair 

-

the engine control module.  Refer to: Engine control module (ECM), B8444S See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control
Systems/Engine Control Module/Service and Repair/Engine Control Module (ECM) 

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure
