DESCRIPTION:
The front suspension may feel hard when driving on uneven roads and over road bumps when the ambient temperature is -15°C (5°F) or colder.
The root cause is the new front spring aid (bump stop rubber) that was introduced in production from structure week 2009w22 (see chassis range above).
This spring aid is harder than previous versions, but it also becomes harder at lower temperatures.

Do not replace any shock absorbers as this will not help!
Replace the front spring aids (shown in attachment), PN 31255536, according to VIDA
