When trying to add a 6-cd changer to the cars above, the SW (SoftWare) download may result in an error in VIDA, Error 131 - Incompatible Hardware.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION: Will be corrected in VIDA 2009D
SERVICE:
Before loading the "ADD 6-cd changer" SW, you need to perform these actions:

Ensure that the IAM with 6-cd changer is applicable to the vehicle you are working on. 6-cd IAMs are not valid for P1X cars equipped with HD
radio and USB/iPod support.

Install the 6-cd changer into the car

Perform "ITP off" SW, to switch off the Infotainment Theft Protection
S40/V50/C30/C70: download SW P/N 30667249 "ITP off"
S80/V70/XC70: download SW P/N 30786292 "ITP off"
When the "ITP off SW is confirmed, then download the ADD 6-cd changer" SW, using VIDA
