Hint: Certain models of the DVD unit have an extra cable connected to the video input on the DVD unit. This means that there is an extra splicing point
between the DVD unit and the connector to the rear center console locker. Check that the two cables are connected to each other.
Remedy as necessary.

Checking the fuses and the power supply
Check that the fuses for the rear display screen and M2D control module are intact and that there is power supply to the fusebox.
The voltage must be approximately 12 V.
The fuses are positioned under the rear center armrest.
Check that the radio is switched on.
Set the mode to TELEVISION using the SOURCE button on the radio.
Checking the M2D control module
Check that the connectors for the M2D control module are connected. See positions 1-5.
