Checking the cable
Check the cable between fuse 11C8 terminal #2 (25A) and seat heater (9/12) for left seat and (9/13) for right seat connector terminal #1. Check for an
intermittent short-circuit to ground.
Remedy as necessary.
Replace fuse.
