Remove:

the seat from the car, the bracket and front-rear adjustment motor according to Front-rear adjustment motor See: Power Seat Motor/Service and
Repair/Second Generation Power Seats/Front-Rear Adjustment Motor.

two stud screws (A and B).
Install:
According to Front-rear adjustment motor See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/Second Generation Power Seats/Front-Rear Adjustment Motor.

Replacing seat rail
Remove:

the front seat according to Lifting the front seats in and out See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat/Lifting the Front Seats
In and Out.

the seat belt buckle according to Seat belt buckle See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt Buckle/Service and Repair/Front Seat/Seat
Belt Buckle.

the connectors and wiring from the cross stay.
