S80 T6 L6-2.9L Turbo VIN 91 B6294T (2002)
Tighten:
-
the three-way catalytic converters (TWC) in the turbocharger (TC). Use new nuts. Tighten to 24 Nm
-
the pipe screw for the oil pressure pipe. Tighten to 18 Nm
-
the upper heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Lubricate the threads using copper paste 116 1408. Tighten to 45 Nm.
Install the heat deflector plates.
Install the upper coolant pipes. Use new gaskets. Tighten the pipe screw. Tighten to 26 Nm.
Installing components
Install:
-
the connector for the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) (turbocharger (TC) 2)
-
the intake and charge air pipes
-
the hose from the pressure regulator to the T piece (turbocharger (TC) 2)
-
the connector for the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) (turbocharger (TC) 1).
Clamp the wiring for the heated oxygen sensors (HO2S).
Install:
-
the torque rod bracket
-
the upper screw securing the automatic transmission dipstick pipe to the engine. Tighten the lower screw
-
the ground lead between the firewall and the torque rod bracket
-
the ground lead between the right-hand frame member and the cylinder head.
