Position:

the climate control unit in the car

the member on the climate control unit
Note! Two people required.
Install:
-
the screws and the bracket on the member for the climate control unit
-
Install and secure the cable duct.
-
Check and position the cables for the radio and the dashboard environment unit.
-
Take out the cable for the sensor on the dashboard and light switch.
-
Position the member for the climate control unit against the bulkhead
-
Check the location in relation to the opening for the coolant and heat exchange pipes.
-
Press the member for the climate control unit into position against the bulkhead A-post.
-
Secure the member for the climate control unit against the A-post loosely with the screws.
-
Secure the member for the climate control on the centre console loosely using the screws.
Tighten:
-
the member on the A-post
-
the screws on the centre console
-
Install the air ducts.
