Remove the door mirror. See Rearview mirror, replacing See: Body and Frame/Mirrors/Service and Repair/Rear View Mirror, Replacing.
Removing the outside temperature sensor

Remove the temperature sensor using a screwdriver as illustrated

Disconnect the terminal pin from connector

Remove the temperature sensor.
Installation
Installing the outside temperature sensor
Route the cable for the temperature sensor to the connector.
Install the terminal pin in the connector.
Press the temperature sensor in the door mirror.
