Raise the car and remove
-
the right front wheel
-
the plastic nuts from the cover in the fender liner
-
the vibration damper. Use the crankshaft center nut as a counterhold
-
the auxiliaries belt.
Install
-
new auxiliaries belt
-
the vibration damper. Tighten to 35 Nm. Angle-tighten 50°. Use the crankshaft center nut as a counterhold.
Use bevel protractor 951 2050 BEVEL PROTRACTOR See: Tools and Equipment/951 2050 Bevel Protactor

the plastic nuts from the cover in the fender liner

the wheel. See Installing wheels See: Wheels and Tires/Wheels/Service and Repair.
Finishing
Use a 15 mm wrench and turn clockwise as far as possible to relieve the load.
Install the belt in the following order:

Crankshaft
-
Air conditioning (A/C) compressor
-
Belt tensioner
-
Generator (GEN)
-
Servo pump.
Install the servo reservoir.
Test the function.
