Remove, on right-hand side:
-

soundproofing panel under glove box

-

glove box.

-

Remove evaporator cover.
First disconnect vacuum hose from vacuum tank

-

withdraw evaporator carefully.

Note:

Drain and measure quantity of oil in original evaporator. Fill new evaporator with same quantity of fresh oil. See specifications for correct
quantity of oil. 

Installation

-

Insert evaporator carefully in heater housing.

-

Refit evaporator cover.

-

Connect vacuum hose to vacuum tank.

-

Install foam rubber seal and plate washer on lead-through in firewall. 

-

Tighten washer.

-

Reinstall air receiver on suspension strut tower.

Reconnect:
-

pipe connnections to receiver and evaporator
