2. Assemble spray:

Attach a flat nozzle (Part Number 1159613-7) to the anti-rust spray.

Clean spray and nozzle by flushing through once. Shake bottle of cleaning agent vigorously. Remove cap and place bottle in spray container.

Insert spray suction tube in bottle and attach spray to container.

Set spray to green mark.

NOTE:  Do not tilt spray too much. If cleaning agent escapes from bottle, pour back and complete treatment.

3. Stop engine.
4. Disconnect battery ground lead. Note radio code (if applicable).
5. Remove glove box and soundproofing panel.

6. Remove blower motor. See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair/Blower Motor Replacement
7. Vacuum-clean evaporator.

NOTE:  If evaporator is extremely dirty, remove and wash unit. This should preferably be done after about 3-5 years in service.

8. Treat/spray evaporator:

CAUTION:  Use safety goggles.

Insert spray nozzle through opening in housing.
