Ignition off.

Disconnect battery negative lead.

Disconnect the connectors from the front seat (under the seat by the front edge of the seat rail).

Pull the seat back until it stops.
-
Then push it forward approx. 0.2".
-
Lift the seat straight up so that the guide pins on the underside of the seat rails are freed from their holes in the floor.
