3. Install pump shaft.

Insert shaft and press into place with bearing until seated in the pump housing.

Reinstall circlip.

NOTE:  The circlip is champfered on one side. This side must face the pulley.

4. Install pump ring and rotor as follows:

-

Two pump ring locating pins.

-

Pump ring with markings upwards.

-

Rotor and blades.

NOTE:  Turn the rotor notch in blades towards the pulley.

5. Install bearing housing:

-

Install new lubricated O-ring in pump housing.

-

Press rear end into pump housing.

NOTE:  The markings should be opposite each other.

-

Reinstall circlip.
