Use new screws.

Tighten all screws first diagonally with light pressure and then to 80 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).
5. Install compression tool No. 999 5577, or equivalent.

Refer to use of compression tool.

Install spring mounting to spring and link.
6. Press link up to normal position.

Secure the compression tool with locking pin.
7. Install following components to the wheel bearing housing.

Screw to link.
Use a new nut.
Use new nut for the link inner bolt.
Tighten to 80 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).

Track rod.
Use a new screw.
Tighten to 80 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).
8. Install support arm.

Use new screws and nut.
-
Install untightened in the front and rear edges.
Tighten rear screw to: 80 Nm (63 ft. lbs.) .
Tighten nut in front edge to 80 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).
Tighten screws in front edge to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
9. Standard damper (shock absorber):

Compress damper by hand and install.

Use a new screw.
-
Tighten to 80 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).
