Ultrasonic Sensor: Procedures

Ultrasonic Or Glass Breakage Control Module 

Preparation 

-

Make a note of the radio code.

-

Turn ignition key to position 0.

-

Remove the battery ground lead. Otherwise you might create diagnostic trouble codes.

Removing control module 

Remove: 

-

The control module is located down at the bottom of the ventilator motor.

-

Remove the lower cover on the passenger side.

-

Undo connectors (green and blue).

-

Remove the screws (2x) and remove the control module.

Installing control module 

Install: 

-

Position control module and mount the screws (2x).

-

Install connectors.

-

Install cover on passenger side.

-

Turn ignition key to position II.

-

Mount battery ground lead.

-

Always read the diagnostic trouble codes in the VGLA alarm system.
