Install

a new "O" ring on the master cylinder.
-
position the master cylinder; the power brake booster pin must be correctly located in the master cylinder.
-
the brake pipes on the master cylinder, finger-tight.
-
the support, and the bolt from the reducing valve, finger-tight.
-
the two nuts of the master cylinder and the bolt of the brake pressure regulator tightening torque 25 Nm.
-
the brake fluid level sensor connector.
-
MT: the hose to the clutch cylinder.
Filling brake fluid reservoir
Fill the brake fluid reservoir, twist the brake pipes closed as soon as brake fluid begins to seep out.
Tightening torque 14 Nm.
Install
-
the preheating hose.
-
the connector support protective cap.
Installing relay box and air pump
