V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 25 B4204T2 (2000)
Remove the lock pin from the tensioner damping unit.
Install the vibration damper.
Tighten the center nut. Tighten to 180 Nm
Use counterhold 999 5433 COUNTERHOLD See: Tools and Equipment/999 5433 Counterhold.
Remove counterhold 999 5433 COUNTERHOLD See: Tools and Equipment/999 5433 Counterhold. Tighten the screws to 25 Nm. Then tighten the
screws a further 30°.
Install the upper timing cover.
Turn the crankshaft two revolutions. Check that the markings on the crankshaft and timing belt correspond with the relevant markings.
Install the rear engine cover.
