Assemble the O-rings. Lubricate them with air conditioning (A/C) compressor oil

Secure the expansion valve by hand. Position it so that it is free of the evaporator. Secure it. Use two wrenches

Press the temperature sensor onto the pipe

-

Reinstall the insulation

-

Install the evaporator according to  Evaporator See: Evaporator Core/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Tightening torque: Heavy duty pipe: 20 Nm, Thin pipe: 15 Nm. Sensor: 12 Nm.

Filling with refrigerant

-

Vacuum pump according to  Vacuum pumping See: Service and Repair/Vacuum Pumping

Fill the system with refrigerant according to  Filling with refrigerant See: Service and Repair/Filling With Refrigerant

Fill the system with fluorescent tracing agent according to  Filling with fluorescent tracing agent See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and
General Diagnostics/Filling With Fluorescent Tracing Agent

Leak trace according to  Leak tracing, electronic leak tracer See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Leak Tracing,
Electronic Leak Tracer  or  Leak tracing with fluorescent tracing agent and an UV lamp See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General
Diagnostics/Leak Tracing Using Fluorescent Tracing Agent And A UV Lamp.
