Disconnect the connections. Seal the openings.

Clean all mating surfaces.

Lubricate the O-rings with compressor oil.

Remove the pipe clamps.

The pipe between the evaporator and the swivel connection on the firewall

Disconnect the connections. Seal the openings.

Clean all mating surfaces.

-

Lubricate the O-rings with compressor oil.

-

Disconnect the swivel on the firewall. Turn only the swivel. Counterhold with a wrench (the nut is welded).

-

Remove the support for the connector on the firewall.

-

Carefully pull the oil pipe out of the clamps. Remove the pipe.
