Remove the two screws at the rear edge

Remove the panel for the gear selector lever

Cars with manual transmission: press the panel forward and pull it out from the rear

Cars with automatic transmission: carefully remove the panel using a weatherstrip tool  981 4071 STRAIGHTENING TOOL See: Tools and
Equipment/981 4071 Straightening Tool  Remove the lamp

Remove the panel with the switches. Disconnect the connectors

-

Remove the radio bracket

-

Remove the lower center compartment (if applicable)

-

Remove the ashtray

-

Remove the two screws. Pull out the holder

-

Remove the connectors.
