V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 25 B4204T2 (2000)
Check that the brake disc and wheel rim mating surfaces are clean. Lubricate the hub center guide using installation paste P/N 1161397. Install the
wheel. Tighten the nuts loosely.
Then tighten crosswise. Tighten to 110 Nm.
If a socket wrench is used, torque socket 951 2834 Torque socket 21mm S/V40 See: Tools and Equipment/951 2834 Torque Socket 21mm must be
used.
Post tighten the nuts by hand.
Caution! The correct torques and crosswise tightening are essential to avoid stresses in the brake disc.
Install the hub cap.
Check the function of the ABS system
Read off the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
Test drive the car. Check that the ABS warning lamp goes out.
Check whether any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored.
