Install the bearing with the text turned inwards.
Apply locking fluid P/N 1161006-0 to the wheel spindle
Guide the bearing and press it into place. Use special tool 999 5082 Socket See: Tools and Equipment/999 5082 Socket.
Install a new snap ring. Use special tool 951 2662 Pliers See: Tools and Equipment/951 2662 Pliers.
Install the bearing retainer on the hub side of the wheel spindle
Lubricate the sealing ring. Install the sealing ring using special tool 999 5082 Socket See: Tools and Equipment/999 5082 Socket.
Ensure that the upper section is level with the wheel spindle.
Remove the tool.
Install the wheel hub
Position the hub under a press.
Note! Avoid damaging the wheel studs.
Press the wheel spindle over the hub. Use special tool 999 5085 Socket See: Tools and Equipment/999 5085 Socket.
Pack the housing with 2 - 4 g of grease, P/N 1161001.
Install the inner bearing retainer. Use special tool 999 5082 Socket See: Tools and Equipment/999 5082 Socket.
Install the wheel spindle
