Remove the lower panel from the B-post. See  Lower B-post panel See: Lower B-Post Panel.
Pull off the panel at the bottom.
Lift out the panel at the top.

Note! Take care with the wiring for the seat belt tensioner.

Remove the panel on the seat.
Remove the screw for the seat belt.
Insert the seat belt through the cut-out in the panel.
Remove the panel.
