Insert a cloth between the handle and the handle housing to avoid cracking.
Position the handle housing with the mounting in a vise.
Carefully tap the pin through the handle (and handle housing) until the top of the pin is positioned next to the mounting for the handle housing.
Secure the spring (A) behind the handle arm.

Locking

Use cutting pliers and clamp the end on the pin so that the two instructions are at  180° to each other.
Check that the pin cannot be pulled out.
Spray rustproofing over the instructions on the pin.

Note! Do not damage the paint when installing the handle.
