Front Door Panel: Removal and Replacement

Run-off profile

Removing door panels

Front side door:

Remove the door panel according to  Panel front side door See: Panel Front Side Door.

Rear side door:

Remove the door panel according to  The panel for the rear side door See: Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Removing the run-off profile

Remove the two screws and bracket (A).
Carefully pull the run-off profile away from the door whilst cutting the sealing joint between the door and the profile.

Note! Do not damage the door or run-off profile.

Installing a used run-off profile on the front side door

Install a new seal (P/N 277253) if necessary
Carefully press the run-off profile into place.
Install the bracket using two screws.
