Electric motor, see Removing/installing motor See: Sunroof / Moonroof Motor/Service and Repair.
Note! The mechanism must be set to the ventilation setting.

Remove wind deflector with the block holders (with locking arm), see Sliding and tilting sun roof See: Service and Repair/Sliding And Tilting Sun
Roof.

Lift the cable out of the gripper.

Pull the cable out of the cable guide sleeve.
Note! Do not twist the cable guide sleeve.
Installing cable

Before installing grease the cable with Vaseline (1161150-6).

Push the cable in until it clicks into the gripper.

Fit the block holders (with locking arm) and the wind deflector.
Caution! Push the mechanism with the cable as far forward as possible so that the maximum ventilation position is reached (the arm as high as
possible).

Install the electrical motor.
