Remove rear seat head restraint, see Rear seat backrest See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seats/Rear Seat Backrest.

Open the upholstery by undoing the clips at the bottom.

Start in the middle and then the sides.
Avoid damage the upholstery.
