V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Position the nut (4) on the shaft. Tighten to 10 Nm.

Securely hook the spring (1) from the motor.

Position the plastic frame on the lower side of the frame. Mark the section to be removed (1).

Cut off the marked area. Use a knife. Check to see if the frame is exposed Correct if necessary.

Press the plastic frame into the correct position.

Pull down the upholstery. Securely hook the 2 springs (3) in the middle.

Then pull down the upholstery further. Pull the upholstery down over the lower side of the plastic panel.

Pull the upholstery down to the correct position on the underside. Close the zip fastener (2).
