Check that the terminals are clean and undamaged.
Install:

The vacuum pump
-
the mounting nuts. Ensure that the spacers are in place in the rubber mounting. Tighten to 6 Nm

the quick-release connector for the vacuum hose
-
the electrical terminal.
Finishing
Install:
-
the cover for the air cleaner
-
the switch for the mass air flow (MAF) sensor
-
the intake hose. Tighten the hose clamp
-
the relay box. Tighten the screws. Tighten to 6 Nm

the battery lead according to Note when disconnecting and connecting the battery lead See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and
Repair/Procedures/Battery, Disconnecting.

Activate the anti-theft radio code.
Check
Check the function of the vacuum system.
Check and erase any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
