Clean the mating surfaces

Install a new O-ring

Install the heat exchanger. Tighten the screws

Install both the water hoses. Tighten the clamps

-

Remove the pliers from the water hoses.

Filling with oil and coolant

-

Top up the engine oil

-

Check the engine coolant level. Top up if required

-

Check for leaks.
